The Ground Rules...
While this blog is an exciting opportunity to network with the various schools across the York Catholic District School Board, students should be aware that this virtual space is an extension of your school communities. As such, you are bound by the same codes of conduct when you participate in this blog. The ground rules are not meant to be a hinderance but rather to ensure that participation in the collaborative space is a positive learning experience for everyone. 1. This blog is only or those students who attend The Desire for Change Symposium on November 4 and 10, 2009. Your parents are more than welcomed to visit this site.
2. Only formal, academic language is acceptable. Refrain from offensive, inappropriate remarks. Be respectful of the various points of view represented by your peers.
3. When responding to any posting, ensure that your first and last name, as well as the school you attend is included either at the beginning of your posting or the end. There will be no anonymity.
